Sean Payne
Tucson Police Department
Sean is a member of the Tucson Police Department and has worked with the community for over 10 years. He shows compassion for others and that is why he supports the IF Project so much. He has engaged the help of Tucson Police Department and they are working toward reducing recidivism and 21st Policing.
Rafael Batain
co founder
Rafael Batain is the cofounder of If Project in Tucson. He changed his life from a felon to a business owner and upstanding citizen. He is telling his story to prevent others from making the same mistakes he made.
Sheila Kembel
Sheila works for the Pima County Juvenile Court. She has supported the If Project from the start. She works closely with Sean and Rafael to lead the youth in the right directions.
